Somehow, likely because he already had so many top-notch reviews online, ChatGPT directed us to him in our search for a house in Oxnard. We feel so lucky it did, too! Jason was professional from the get-go: always timely, communicative, and kind. He knows a ton about the Oxnard area (even down to where to grab a meal or catch a wave), and he went out of his way to help us with many different logistics. His knowledgeable help negotiating was excellent as well: Jason's the bomb! We couldn't recommend him any more highly.”

“We talked to a few realtors before choosing Jason Walters, to sell our family home after the death of our parents and looking back, it was the best decision we could have made. Selling our family home wasn’t easy, so many moving parts. There was a lot of history, a lot of emotion, and plenty of unexpected challenges along the way. Through all of it, Jason never lost his patience. He was generous with his time, always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. He truly cared about getting us through the process, not just getting the sale. The results speak for themselves. We had multiple offers on the first day and sold our home for $100,000 over asking price. That doesn’t happen by chance. Jason knew how to price the home, present it, handle the offers, and guide us toward the best decision. What meant the most to me was that he never gave up on us. He stayed steady through every problem and treated us like people, not another transaction. By the end of it, we didn’t just have a great realtor. We had someone we trusted completely, a friend! If you’re looking for a realtor who is patient, knowledgeable, honest, and truly shows up for his clients, I would recommend Jason 100,000 times over again 💫”

“Jason is a superstar. I purchased 10 houses with Jason two years ago, and sold them over the past few months. all with Jason's help. Jason helped organize the repairs. Jason communicates well, always keeping me up to date on how the transaction is progressing. Always looking after my interests, and helping the transaction run smoothly. No games, just a straight shooter. I have worked with other brokers, but none compare to Jason. I am very fortunate to have met him and worked with Jason.”

“Really appreciated Jason's time, expertise, and professionalism in getting our condo sold quickly, easily, and for top dollar. Though we knew he was super busy, Jason made us feel as if we were his only clients by promptly responding to our many questions. He was great in helping us understand the selling process, suggesting improvements we should make, having his team make those improvements (paint, change light fixtures, repairs), and then putting together pictures and a video including virtual staging. Our condo looked amazing and we got 6 offers within the week.”

“Jason was part of me buying my home and selling the same home 3 years later. Being in the military, it's nice to have a quick turnaround in buying and selling a home. I was able to move there and find a home within a month and was moved in a month later. When I came to selling, I had Jason help me sell it, and with my good price point I was able to have my home sold in 1 day. It closed 30 days later so I could put 20% on my next home at my next duty station. Great person and team to work with.”
